THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND FOUND CAPACITY

When the numbers improve,
does the business?

More activity can make a dashboard look better without making work better. We look for changes that improve the result and hold our own work to the same standard.

Better methods. Less unnecessary work. Found capacity.

CLARITY FROM THE START

Understand the work.
Be clear about the data.

The engagement starts with an agreed scope: the people and systems covered, the information used, and who can see it.

What information does an engagement use?

Depending on the agreed scope, evidence may include activity history, ticket and CRM events, calendars, and authorized meeting transcripts. We agree permissions, retention, and any endpoint collection before onboarding. Supported connections and deployment requirements are verified for your engagement.

How are meeting and employee findings interpreted?

Activity is context, not a performance score. We validate patterns with workflow owners and consider responsibilities, exceptions and outcomes. Speaking less in a meeting does not, on its own, mean someone should not attend. Employee access to their own records and relevant findings is included.

Does every recommendation become an automation project?

No. Some improvements are a simpler procedure, a different handoff or a better meeting. Findings and actionable recommendations are included in continuous intelligence. You decide which changes to make and whether to commission implementation.
